Return Policy
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us
(or call us at 877-PURITY2) for return
instructions and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number
(RMA). All returns must be accompanied by a RMA. Returns without an
RMA will be refused and sent back to the customer. Sorry, no
exceptions.
Returns for refund are processed upon receiving the products. Credit
card payments are credited back to the card, all other forms of
payments are credited by check. We issue credits upon receiving of the
product but please allow one full billing cycle for credits to appear
on credit card statements.
Unopened items return/exchange
New unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of
shipping date. If you are not happy with your purchase for any
reason, please return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Exchange
items are shipped to you at no additional cost.
Opened items returns
Opened items can be returned within 21 days of shipping date. We
gladly accept used items. If you discover that the product does not
work for you or does not satisfy your needs you can return it. However
the volume of the product returned must be no less than half of the
original volume. If you are returning a few units of the same product
only one used unit is accepted, the others must be unopened (this does
not apply to defective products).
Opened items (unless defective) cannot be exchanged but can only be
returned for a refund.
Damaged items return/exchange
If an item arrived damaged you need to inform us about it as soon as
you receive the item. If the package arrives with visible damaged you
should refuse the package and inform us. We will send you a
replacement at no additional charge. In most cases you will need to
return the damaged package. The courier that delivered the package
will arrange for the pick up.
If we shipped you a wrong item, we will provide you with a paid return
label and send you a replacement free of charge. You have to notify us
about incorrectly shipped items within 15 days of the receiving of the
shipment.
Defective items return/exchange
If an item you received proves to be defective we will gladly exchange
it or issue a refund. We will ask you to ship the item back to us at
no cost to you. If an exchange is requested it will be send to you
immediately. If a refund is requested it will be issued after we
receive the item and confirm that it is defective.
Shipping charge refund
We will gladly refund shipping and handling charges for your original
order. If returning a partial shipment the shipping and handling
charges for the returned item will be prorated proportionally to the
value of the original order.
