DETOX TIME: SPRING CLEANSING AND BOOSTING!
Feeling sluggish and burdened after a long winter and
too much eating and TV watching? No need to do a one
week fasting program to get this spring cleansing and
energy boost: JUST DO CLAY DETOX!
Dr Roberta Lee, M.D. medical director of the Continuum
Center for Health and Healing in NYC says "if we lived
in a perfect world, we would never have to detox, but
ours is a world of artificial stimulants, pollution
and chemicals -and toxins accumulate in each of us".
In Chinese medicine, Spring is the season of the liver
which is responsible for storing blood, draining and
detoxifying the blood and the root of prenatal energy
in women.
If you experience fatigue, sadness, digestive or menstrual
(if you're a woman of course!) problems, you want to help
your liver to feel ease, harmony and peace. In short: to
feel great!
You will find great wisdom in animals just by studying
their habits. Since they are connected to their biological
intelligence, they always know what they need to do to
rebalance themselves. Whenever wild animals feel sick,
they instinctively go to lick clay deposits and roll in
clay mud to remove toxins, bacteria and parasites from
their body.
To spring into a lifetime of healthy energy, start with a
simple but performing detox program: clay, juicing and
lemon tea! Easy, simple and visibly efficient.
By cleansing your liver and digestive tract and purify
your blood from toxins, pollutants and bad bacteria or

THE 5-steps DETOX PROGRAM:
- Mix 1 teaspoon of a green
clay (Montmorillonite) in an 8oz. glass of water or juice, stir
and let it sit overnight. In the morning, drink the water
and leave the clay deposit. Drink once a day for 3-7 days.
After a week, your body is used to clay, so you can drink
the entire mixture! Continue for 2 more weeks.
Depending on your level of polution, you may want to either
stop here or wait a week and continue the detox program.
Warning: do not stop the clay cure before 3 weeks! Clay is
like a sponge and a sticky paper for all the toxins,
pollutants, bad bacteria, viruses and parasites, so it pulls
the bad stuff out of your tissues to eliminate them. While
detox, drink plenty of water
- drink a few cups of hot water with 1/2 lon juice and 1
or 2 tablespoons of high-grade maple syrup every day for 3 weeks
3. Here is a good detox juicing recipe: 5 carrots + 2 celery
stalks + 1/2 beet + 1/2 thumb of fresh ginger root + 1/2 lemon
a few times a week with a healthy diet low in refined sugar and
saturated fats.

- meditate 15min everyday or every other day
When you start detox and the toxins begin to crawl out of
your system, you may feel slightly tired, which is normal.
But even after the 1st week, you will start feeling the
difference: lighter, more relax, more energized. And guess
