The Burdock extracts are prepared from the shade-dried root and the mature seed of Arctium lappa plants which are certified organically grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides, or are Custom Wildcrafted™ in their natural wild habitat. To assure optimal potency, roots from first-year plants, and seeds are harvested from fully matured second-year plants. These are each extracted separately according to their individual biochemistry and are then blended together to produce our Burdock Blend. This Burdock is never fumigated or irradiated.
